All three lockers are by the same shopping centre. Check the carrier, address and box size in self-service. Call if the location is unavailable or additional recipient details are required.

How to prepare your parcel

  1. 01

    Describe the problem

    Send the exact model and symptoms. Mention spills, drops or earlier repairs. We will agree whether the charger is needed.

  2. 02

    Protect the equipment

    Shut the computer down completely. Use a sturdy box, protect the corners and fill gaps. Wrap the charger separately.

  3. 03

    Book the shipment

    Select the agreed locker and enter my phone number as the recipient’s. Use your own contacts in the sender section.

  4. 04

    Let me know it is on the way

    Send the tracking number. I will contact you when the equipment arrives; after diagnosis, we will discuss the quote and return delivery.

Laptop

Protect all sides with cushioning material. A thin laptop bag is not enough. The charger must not press against the screen or case.

Desktop computer

Discuss shipping separately: heavy graphics cards or coolers may need extra protection. Do not leave loose components inside the case.

Drive or other storage

Protect against impacts and movement; use an antistatic bag for electronics. Do not format or repeatedly power on faulty storage.

Liquid damage or a damaged battery?

Call first. Do not power on the device; we will agree a suitable handover and shipping method. Do not write passwords on the packaging.

If the box does not fit a locker

Courier delivery

Courier delivery to Musninkų g. 6, Vilnius, must be agreed in advance. This is the workshop address; use Šeškinės g. 32 for parcel lockers.

The carrier sets the shipping price. Repair costs and return delivery are discussed separately after inspection.
