How to hand over equipment
Bring or send your computer or storage device. Call first to confirm acceptance, recipient details and the parcel locker.
1. Describe the issue
Provide the exact model, symptoms and any liquid damage, drops or previous repairs. We will agree which accessories are needed.
2. Pack securely
Switch off the equipment. Use a sturdy box, protect the corners and fill gaps so nothing moves. Pack the charger separately from the screen.
3. Arrange the return
Send the tracking number and a contact for reaching you. Return delivery and shipping costs are agreed individually.
If the device has liquid damage or a damaged battery, contact me first. Do not power it on or send it until we have agreed how to hand it over. Do not format storage containing important files or write passwords on the packaging.
