When should you get in touch?

How I identify the cause

A black screen alone does not confirm a BIOS fault. I check the response, power supply and other symptoms. If firmware is the cause, I choose a recovery method for the exact board version.

When needed, I program the BIOS chip using an external programmer. Feasibility depends on the model and board condition. Afterwards, I test booting and related functions.
